Project updates
- GP Connect Structured – Accreditation and assurance 90% complete for Medications and allergies.
- Children’s Services – started to gather requirements to be able to onboard Children’s Services, both viewing and sharing.
Usability
- Strategic Vision (OHIN): Ongoing discussions with OH in partnership with OneLondon
- Digital Dashboard: High level requirements defined
Currently in a change freeze to accommodate the upgrade.
- HIE Major Upgrade from 2023.1.32 to 2024.1.8 in progress, defect resolution starts 3rd February 25.
- Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) for the stand alone web portal is planned to go live with the upgrade.
The Great North Care Record surpassed 1 million monthly views for the first time, supporting more frontline health and care staff and patients than ever before. Please read more here.

The choices may vary per widget.
Training
The Introduction and Overview course is available twice a week. This is a 1 hour course for users who are inexperienced or less experienced with the GNCR record. Book onto the course here .
Bespoke Training is available upon request, this is a great way to provide training for a team or department. Please email nuth.gncr@nhs.net for further information or to arrange the sessions.
