Who can access GNCR?

GNCR should only be used for providing direct care and treatment for patients. You should not access a GNCR record if you have no legitimate reason this includes your own record if you are being treated by a team. It is the professionals responsibility to use this appropriately. Information should not be shared to wider organisations
