Project updates
- BadgerNet – Northumbria FT successfully started to share maternity data 10th September 24.
- Gateshead FT successfully completed testing to share documents however the Trust requires support from their supplier to provide document exclusion reports.
- North Tees FT successfully completed testing to share clinic letters, go live planned 8th October 24, subject to internal approval.
- South Tees FT testing appointments and encounters and are currently working through two test issues, go live planned 16th October 24, subject to issue resolution.
- Northumbria FT testing documents feed and working through changes to automate a document removal process, go live tbc.
- County Durham & Darlington FT –testing social history, procedures, allergies and viatal signs, go live planned for 16th October 24, subject to testing
- Cumberland Council – In-context viewer technical go live 2nd October 24, followed by an operational go live 14th October 24.
- Westmorland & Furness Council – In-context viewer technical go live 2nd October 24, followed by an operational go live 14th October 24
Usability
- HIE Major Upgrade from 2023.1.32 to 2024.1.8 planned to start January 2025.
- BadgerNet Improvements deployed into test ready for testing
- EMIS moving to new API, currently configuring in test (no user impact).
Tip of the month
Did you know? GP Connect provides GP data nationally. This will allow you to view GP Records for out of area patients. GP Connect provides 10 GP Reports which are available in the GP Records widget. Please follow this user guide for further information.
Training
There are two different online courses available on our website.
The Introduction and Overview course which is an hour and would be recommended to staff who are new to GNCR. The Upgrade course is a 30 minute session which focuses on new features to GNCR, this is recommended for staff who are confident using GNCR. To book please follow this form.
